Executive Assistant / Back Office (m/f/d)

We are a growing consulting firm operating in the real estate and scaffolding sectors. To further structure and strengthen our internal processes, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who brings operational stability, understands financial figures, and takes ownership.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the management team in day-to-day operations
- Structure and optimize administrative processes
- Independently manage back-office operations
- Prepare and support financial accounting activities
- Handle preparatory bookkeeping
- Invoice review and issuance
- Monitor payments and cash flow
- Coordinate with external tax advisors
- Analyze and prepare key performance indicators in Excel
- Support controlling and business performance analyses
- Manage documents and contracts
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial, assistant, or back-office role
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, structured tables)
- Solid knowledge of preparatory financial accounting
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are required
A formal degree is not decisive — proven practical experience and the ability to truly manage and structure processes are what matter most.

Social Media Assistant (m/f/d)

We are an independent buyer’s advisory specialized in supporting first-time buyers when purchasing property. We guide our clients end-to-end — from property search and due diligence to negotiation and closing.
We are at the beginning of building our social media presence. We already have strong creative ideas and clear positioning – now we are looking for someone who wants to bring creativity to life and actively drive growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Help build and shape our social media presence from the ground up
- Turn existing ideas into engaging content formats
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), Stories, and carousel posts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Develop creative concepts that simplify complex real estate topics
- Plan and schedule content consistently
- Experiment with formats and identify what performs best
- Track basic performance metrics and support growth initiatives
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Your Profile
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas independently
- Strong writing skills in English
- Very good German skills (written and spoken)
- Interest in real estate, finance, or expat-related topics
- Structured and reliable working style
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Motivation to grow a brand from an early stage
You do not need years of experience — we value initiative, creativity, and the drive to build something.
